MYCHAL MANOLATOS

Mychal Manolatos is an Operating Partner at The Nashton Company, a holding company investing in recurring revenue services businesses.  Mychal is proactively working with the team to identify and source attractive investment opportunities and then take a leadership role in the companies in which Nashton invests.    

Prior to joining the firm, Mychal held various roles in both small and large companies where he was responsible in driving the overall direction and strategy to ensure profitable growth.  Most recently, Mychal was Vice President of SOLitude Lake Management and Vector Disease Control International (VDCI) where he was part of acquiring and integrating over 20 companies into both SOLitude and VDCI.  Mychal has a strong passion for delivering world-class customer service as well as cultivating an exceptional employee experience.

Mychal holds a B.A. degree in hospitality management from the Michigan State University. He and his longtime partner live in the suburbs of Chicago, IL.
